Mesapsychotherapy
“Maybe the journey isn’t so much about becoming anything. Maybe it’s about un-becoming everything that isn’t really you, so you can be who you were meant to be in the first place.”
― Paulo Coelho

Services
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy, also known as talk therapy or psychotherapy, is a form of mental health treatment in which a trained therapist works one-on-one with an individual to address their emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges. The goal of individual therapy is to help the person gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and to develop strategies to cope with difficult situations, manage symptoms of mental health conditions, and improve their overall quality of life. Through regular sessions with a therapist, individuals can learn to better understand themselves, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and work towards achieving their personal and emotional goals.
Group Therapy
Group therapy is a form of psychotherapy in which a smaller group of individuals (usually between 5-10 people) meet together with one or more trained therapists to work on their emotional and psychological challenges. Group therapy can be used to address a wide range of mental health concerns, such as depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, and relationship difficulties. In group therapy, members share their experiences, thoughts, and feelings with one another, and receive feedback and support from both the therapist and other group members. The therapist may use various techniques and approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy, or mindfulness-based therapy, to help individuals work through their challenges and develop new coping skills. Group therapy can offer several benefits, such as providing a sense of belonging, reducing isolation, promoting self-awareness, and helping individuals learn from others who may be experiencing similar issues.
